PARKING AREAS AND DRIVEWAY: Speed limit within community is 10 mph. Motorcycle riding within community is not permitted except for getting to and from exit to an apartment. Motorcycles must be parked in parking areas, not under stairways or on grassy areas. Vehicles blocking dumpsters are subject to being towed. Resident is not to use premises for auto repairs. Any vehicles that are not in running condition are not permitted and will be towed. No one is allowed to work on vehicles on the premises. No car washing allowed on premises. Owner/Agent reserves the right to control the method, manner, type, and quantity of vehicles, and time of parking in the parking spaces in and around the apartments, and to control and limit the entry upon the premises by agents, messengers, delivery men, solicitors, or salesmen, or any person not a Resident or his immediate family, who seeks to enter the premises, to the end that there be a minimum of traffic and con- fusion in and around the premises. Resident shall not use assigned parking spaces of other residents, and should see that his guests park correctly. Resident shall not erect or have erected any outside antenna for radio, television or citizen band sets.
